An excellent choice for celebrating my milestone birthday!

Very helpful and friendly staff, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect. The pool facilities were very clean and well maintained. The lakeside location away from town, and a local bus route close by as we didn’t have a car. Amazing views, beautiful grounds. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

Absolutely nothing - we were very happy with everything. But to enhance the overall experience and attraction of the hotel, another couple of jetties to access the lake for swimming (for hotel guests only) would be a bonus in my opinion.

Facilities were very good. All but one member of staff were really helpful

I am a vegetarian and the first and main course were both asparagus. No other options. On Wednesday 5 June the man on reception at about 1pm was unhelpful.

Location location location! Rooms are new, super dog friendly and the food is insane

Beach bar closed with 27 degrees doesn’t make any sense. Also 5 stars hotel without any options to eat a snack seems weird. Reception staff needs to work manners

Beautiful location - beautiful garden/spa/pool/lakeside facilities - but not 5 star quality .

The hotel is located in a superb garden on the shore of the lake. The rooms have picture perfect views of lake and mountains and the spa/pool/lakeside facilities are excellent. The breakfast room has a beautiful view. It was a real pleasure to eat there. We came for a wedding held in the garden, next to the lake. The hotel staff were competent, helpful and friendly thoughout the ceremony and the evening dinner. The quality of the cocktail service and dinner catering was excellent.

In terms of guest reception and physical maintenance of the hotel, I have the impression that it is relying heavily on its 5-star status, rather than earning it. The wedding hosts asked the hotel to accomodate early check-in of the guests since the ceremony was scheduled to begin at 16h. We arrived at 14:45 and were informed that our room would not be ready until 15:45-16h. We needed to freshen up and change clothes for the wedding, so we asked if it were possible to use the (not cleaned room) to change clothes. We were directed to use the public restroom below the lobby, even after I protested. I also asked about using the changing rooms at the spa and was told that they were not convenient, as they required us to walk down through the garden. In the end, we undressed, washed and changed in a public bathroom, as people came in and out, as if we were Eurorail travelers in a train station. A staff member came down after 15mins to offer us the use of the uncleaned room, as I previously requested, but since I was already shoeless and shirtless, I declined. I didn't see the bedroom until after midnight. This is not the guest service I expect from a 5 star hotel.

We have been visiting Annecy for more than 25 years and this hotel is in my opinion the best one around by a country mile. Exceptional location and very friendly and welcoming staff. Facilities are also excellent and so is breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, great spa and attentive staff

The staff, location of the property was amazing.

The cost of the breakfast is far too high for what is actual provided. Having stayed in numerous 5star hotels the breakfast was very limited and poor certainly not worth £30 a head.

beautiful hotel in stunning location overlooking lake Annercy.

absolutely stunning location for this beautiful hotel. Very nice dinner in the evening and good breakfast. We visited in February but think it would be even better during the summer monthe.

nothing to complain about, all good. Maybe the restaurant could be lit more dimly for the evening meal, but overall very nice.
